First Article Inspection
When launching a new part, our first-article service provides full dimensional verification of the initial sample. This production-validation process (often required by AS9102 or PPAP protocols) verifies your production process produces fully conforming parts.
CMM Inspection
High-precision coordinate measuring machines at our lab measure parts using tactile probes and advanced sensors. Our Renishaw CMMs capture size, form, and position with micron-level accuracy. Detailed inspection reports, including first-article reports, meet AS9102/PPAP requirements.
3D Scanning
